Employee Training

The best designed processes will prove ineffective if employees are unable to implement them properly. We train and certify every employee on every process in which they participate, whether it’s an internal business process or one that prepares a product for a customer.

When a new product is introduced, we train employees on how to handle, inspect, clean, test and package it according to the customer’s specifications. After training, we test and certify them to perform the process. Only certified employees sign off on the final product.
