Trio Supply Chain Solutions is committed to delivering authentic, fully conforming product to our customers — and our suppliers are a critical part of that commitment. This page defines the quality requirements that apply to our purchase orders and flows down applicable customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements to our supply chain.
These Supplier Quality Requirements apply to all Purchase Orders issued by Trio Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. Acceptance of a Purchase Order constitutes acceptance of these requirements unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Unless specifically exempted by the Purchase Order, suppliers shall comply with the following requirements.
